【黄金崎1】#黄金崎 は夕日が当たると金色に輝く海岸があるため、この名前になっているようです。実際、写真のように金色に見えますよね。これは、岩石が #変質 したためで、元の色は、どちらかというと白っぽい色だったようです。http://twitpic.com/4sth69

当ジオパークのジオサイトのひとつ、トウシキのボムサッグ（噴火で飛散した岩塊が落下してできた地面の凹み）。海岸線の宿命といえる浸食によって崖が徐々に崩れ、この辺りで最も大きい岩塊を乗せたボムサッグもとうとう無くなっています。
